At a time when “water bankruptcy” is emerging as a global systemic risk, this REH Forum aims to bring together economic, operational and scientific perspectives to shed light on the challenges of water management in Southern countries. Think globally, act locally? After establishing the analytical frameworks and dynamics at work on an international scale, we will delve into concrete experiences in Iraq, Yemen and Tunisia and ask ourselves: can territorialised, multisectoral management models that are closely rooted in communities be effective levers in the face of this urgent situation?
