The REH forum focused on “Robustness versus performance.”

Brace yourselves for turbulence! Humanitarian crises, ecological crises, and now a crisis in international aid funding: what can we do in such an uncertain world? Are NGOs equipped to deal with this chronic, multifaceted instability? In other words, are they agile and adaptable enough to continue fulfilling their social missions? Faced with demands for efficiency—even more so since budget cuts—and impact assessments of all kinds, NGOs risk losing their way. To discuss this issue, the REH was pleased to welcome a number of distinguished guests, who spoke according to the following program:
