REH Forum on the role of HR policies in the ecological transition of NGOs, 17/10/2024

The REH Forum returns in a new format, reduced to 2 hours, and will focus on the role of HR policies in the ecological transition.

The ecological transition of NGOs concerns the whole organisation, including HR! From recruitment and training to per diems and even localisation, reducing the environmental footprint of NGOs also involves HR policies.

2.00 pm – 2.10 pm: Introduction to the subject and REH updates
2.10pm – 2.40pm: The ecological transition at Mercy Corps and the role of HR policies (presentation in English, subtitled with Teams in French)
2.40pm – 3.10pm: The role of training: raising awareness and complementing skills within an organisation, with the CCD (GRET and CARE France)
3.10pm – 4pm: Analysis of the results of the questionnaire on HR policies sent to registrants and discussions
