E-learning RECO Module 4: Leading a RECO approach beyond carbon, CCD, September 2024

Au fil des modules précédents, nous avons beaucoup orienté notre réflexion sur l’empreinte carbone des organisations, et les leviers stratégiques pour la réduire.

However, although climate change is a central emergency, this latest module aims to broaden the analysis and consider other areas of impact of our actions.

We will therefore be looking at two major issues:

• Taking the environment into account in international solidarity actions and strategies for reducing the environmental footprint of our actions.
• Approaches to reducing carbon and environmental footprints (RECO) in the face of the principle of the right to development, and the promotion of decolonial approaches.

The aim of this module is to enable students to :

• Know how to take the environment effectively into account in an organisation’s projects and strategy
• Be capable of promoting plural visions of ecology, both local and political.
