Job description
The CSR intern will mainly contribute to the following tasks, in collaboration with the CSR expert.
- Participate in the implementation of the CSRD, particularly in the gap analysis process, attend various meetings (meeting minutes, scheduling appointments).
- Assist with data collection from the agency’s various departments and analyse environmental, social and governance data to assess compliance with CSRD requirements.
- Contribute to the sustainability report to be published in 2026 and assist with the Group’s CSR requests.
- Works closely with internal teams to gather information on their sustainability responsibility and performance (DPEF exercise for 2024).
- Document analysis and regulatory monitoring.
- Production of content (methodology sheets, etc.) to raise internal awareness of the issues addressed in the sustainability report (head office and network of offices abroad).
- Implementation of a CSR roadmap.
- Assistance in creating thematic CSR content to raise awareness among employees at headquarters and in the field.
- Assists teams in collecting data, verifies its reliability, and integrates the data into the dedicated platform.
- Assist the CSR Expert in drafting sustainability policies and reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Desired profile
- Good understanding of sustainable development issues and regulatory texts on CSRD.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in ecological transition, sustainable development, environmental law, biodiversity or ecological engineering.
- Previous internship in sustainable development or corporate reporting (financial or non-financial) would be an asset.
- Ability to work across departments and in a collaborative manner.
- Good analytical and summarising skills
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel.
