GRET is launching a consultation process to select a firm or independent consultant to carry out the final evaluation of the PAMOC 4 project, a project to structure the associative sector, implemented by GRET, CARE France, Geres, Electriciens sans Frontières and CARI, with the support of the French Development Agency.
