In early 2025, France announced a 109-billion-euro plan aimed, among other things, at building 35 new dedicated data centers. The environmental and health implications of this trajectory lacked reliable quantitative data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One year after the first edition, we are publishing the second version of the multi-criteria Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of the environmental and health impacts of AI worldwide, in 2025 and 2030.
