This Plan of Action 2025-2027+ gives a high-level overview of how the ICRC is translating the Charter and its specific commitments into practice, following from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.icrc.org\/en\/publication\/4604-implementing-climate-and-environment-charter-humanitarian-organizations-icrcs-plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>first ICRC Plan of Action 2021-2024+<\/strong><\/a>.
