In recent years, it has adopted measures to make its operations and project activities more sustainable. Guided by the \u201cdo no harm\u201d principle, it has focused on the most impactful and feasible actions and supported its teams in 20 countries to implement them effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although some efforts were challenging, thanks to the commitment of its colleagues, the organization has managed to achieve hundreds of positive changes across its work. The report captures its journey, lessons, and results &#8211; from reducing emissions and saving resources to improving procurement and waste management.
