The modules are designed to enhance\u00a0<strong>understanding of environmental sustainability<\/strong>\u00a0within humanitarian logistics and\u00a0<strong>empower participants to operationalise sustainable practices and mitigation measures<\/strong>, thereby reducing the environmental impact of their operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learners have the option of joining a cohort, which will support learning through collaboration with other cohort members and give access to a dedicated Teams channel for communicating questions, comments, or chatting with other learners throughout their learning journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>launch event <\/strong>will take place on 23 April in the form of a 45-minute virtual session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sign up for the course&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wfp.eu.crossknowledge.com\/sso\/session\/5197\/Enroll\/yes\/\">here<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;(<em>Note: you must be logged in to WeLearn to access the course via the link; individuals who do not have a WeLearn account can register free).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The WREC Coalition announced the launch of the new\u00a0Environmentally Sustainable Humanitarian Logistics MOOC\u00a0(Massive Open Online Course).
