{"id":3168,"date":"2024-07-17T12:28:27","date_gmt":"2024-07-17T10:28:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.environnementhumanitaire.org\/environmental-risk-analysis-matrix-for-shelter-peer-review-reh-27-08-2024-10-09-2024\/"},"modified":"2024-08-27T15:19:49","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T13:19:49","slug":"environmental-risk-analysis-matrix-for-shelter-peer-review-reh-27-08-2024-10-09-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.environnementhumanitaire.org\/en\/environmental-risk-analysis-matrix-for-shelter-peer-review-reh-27-08-2024-10-09-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Environmental risk analysis matrix for Shelter &#8211; Peer review, REH, 27\/08\/2024 &amp; 10\/09\/2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several humanitarian and development organisations have joined forces <strong>to develop version 1 of an environmental risk analysis matrix for Shelter activities. <\/strong> This matrix will provide operational recommendations to programme designers and implementers on how to mitigate potential environmental damage when implementing actions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sub-working group of the Environmental Assessments WG is proposing a <strong>three-part peer review process<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A short presentation session, on<strong> August 27th<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A two-week peer review phase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A feedback workshop on <strong>September 10th from 2.30pm to 4.30pm<\/strong> (GMT +2) &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/events.teams.microsoft.com\/event\/1f4f0eed-9262-4d46-88a2-0dcb68703783@4f90c364-3315-40e1-8579-b7bd0e12c7d1\">registration here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n          <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">It is important to register for both sessions, to get the background to the review process and the matrix.<\/span>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n          <strong>Your expertise in Shelter is welcomed!
