We sometimes find it hard to visualise the prospect of taking action. In this webinar, the time has come to draw inspiration from concrete actions put in place by organisations, and to tackle the emission sources that are difficult to grasp, and whose impact is sometimes unsuspected. <\/p>\n\n<p>The latter accompanies the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.environnementhumanitaire.org\/en\/ressource\/e-learning-reco-module-3-prioritising-and-implementing-actions-to-reduce-the-carbon-footprint-of-an-ngos-activities-ccd-june-2024\/\">third training module on Reducing the Carbon Footprint of Organisations<\/a>, which provides information on how to prioritise reduction actions, as well as giving access to a range of concrete actions implemented or planned by other organisations. <\/p>\n\n<p>The webinar focused on: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ways of reducing the impact of our financial services and partnerships <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New ways of monitoring activities, aimed at reducing travel within NGOs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The speakers were: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n          <strong>Julie Sansoucy, Civil Society Engagement Campaigner at Reclaim Finance <\/strong>\n        <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n          <strong>Hamet Diallo, Project Manager, Integrated Water Resources Management, GRET Senegal <\/strong>\n        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Developing a carbon footprint reduction strategy is a long process.
